I want to go to opening night too. It is alot of money to get to new york for calfornia. Also there are not alot of good seats left for the first few weeks of the show.
Laura gets 3 tickets for opening night so her husband, her dad, and I are going. We are desperately wanting a 4th ticket for her stepdad (my husband) to go too but it is not looking very positive at this time for that to happen. Max's family is also wanting a 4th ticket if anyone knows anything about ANY extra tickets for that show. Laura's stepdad has a ticket right now for the matinee show Aug 19, but the opening night show is the EVENING show on Aug. 19--a fact we did not know until after Laura started rehearsals. There is nothing on any of the websites about the evening show. That leads me to think ALL tickets for that show are pre-assigned to cast, critics, and friends of the production staff. Am I right about that?
you can always check stubhub.com, though i dont think they are selling evening performances for that show right now. just keep looking and some may show up
Beat the crowds and avoid the hassles of long theatre lines to get the very best seats in the house (normally reserved for people in the entertainment industry). BC/EFA's Care-Tix program offers you house seats for theatrical and select non-theatrical New York events, Equity national tours and concerts. See shows on and Off-Broadway even when they're sold out to the general public. Call 212-840-0770 and ask for Care-Tix
