OOps! Here I was thinking it was over and I didn't win. It would be exciting if someone here did win! Well I guess I'll continue to wait with bated breath!
What would happen if the person lives close to new york, do they still get on the plane, that would be funny "come on kids time to get on the plane" 15 mins later " okay where here." lol

Well apparently nobody on the board won :( Because if i'm not mistaken, it was supposed to be announced, 'On or around July 24th' Given it is still AROUND but I don't think a contest like this would fail to notify their winner after a couple days past. Unless of course their first pick of the draw didn't respond.....

Max Crumm and Laura Osnes, "Danny" and "Sandy" in the new Broadway production of Grease, originally presented the Nick at Nite premiere of the mega-hit movie musical on Sunday, July 1 (9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. ET/PT). The showing produced the highest ever ratings for a movie on the network and was also the highest rated telecast for Nick at Nite since the end of 2004. Grease, hosted by Max and Laura, will be rebroadcast this Sunday, August 12 at 8 p.m. Nick at Nite can be seen on channel 6 in New York City.
During the original broadcast, the duo presented "Nick at Nite's Grease on Broadway Sweepstakes," which awarded one lucky winner the chance to win a trip for four to attend the opening night of Grease on Broadway. The sweepstakes winner, Rick Lewis of Lawrence, Kentucky, will travel to opening night along with his wife, son and his son's girlfriend. The rebroadcast features Max and Laura dishing during commercial breaks about their favorite songs and dance moves and how the movie inspired them. They will also present fun Grease trivia questions to viewers at home.
Interesting that they pulled in such high ratings for the network. My family watched the first airing. We didn't love the edited version of the movie (We own the DVD, and my teen/pre-teen daughters have various scenes memorized) but watched to see Max and Laura.
I think there was a mistake in this article. The man who won was from Lawrence, Kansas, I believe.
