Hi,
This is not remotely related to the show it is just a caution. I noticed that since I have posted here,at Max's website and on myspace that I have had more problems with browser highjacks,adware and most recently with a Trojan horse.
For thoses who are not computer savvy a Trojan horse is a piece of software that is installed without your knowledge. It is not a virus in that it does not replicate but it does sit on your machine and collect personal info about you. If you already know what to do then disregard this post. My reccomendations for you are as follows
1Install Adaware Personal Edition Se
2.Spyware Doctor
3 Spybot Search and Destroy
4. AVG Free( Antivirus Software)-website is www.grisoft.com
All of this software is free. You will need to search for the first three, I have given you the website for the fourth. The more time you spend here or on Max's site or myspace the more spam,adware and viruses you will be subject to. I reccomend running each of the first three DAILY!
When you install AVG Free it will automatically run a scan every day. Let it run and complete. If it finds a virus it will quarantine it and then you can remove it, the same with Trojan horses. If you have software that came with your ISP(Internet Provider) make sure you keep it up todate
5. Do a complete system scan with first three tools weekly
