I saw Grease Tuesday and I waited afterwards at the stage door. I had seen Allison three times in Lestat. Needless to say, she was VERY happy to see me! I won't delve into specs, but it really was an exhilarating experience after all this time.

It's still illegal, no matter when it was taken. It's a photograph taken illegally.

Ok do whatever u have to do, sorry I don't want to sound rude, I mean the photo wasn't taken during the show and Allison and Max, knew that Allison Adams (my friend) was taken the pic, she was using flash and the theater was empty

It's not a matter of asking her or who's OK with it.

It clearly states in the program and inside the theater:

"The photographing or sound recording of any performance and the possession of any device for such photographing or sound recording inside the theater, without the written permission of the management, is prohibited by law....Violations may render the offender for money damages."

Beyond that - it's against union rules for the photos to be posted and the actors not paid for their appearance. You can take it down, just edit the original post.

I too was wondering about the legality of this photo. Regardless whether or not it was taken legally, All I ask is that you take it down until you find out for sure. As MrE stated, this forum could be closed because of this photo. I don't think anyone in this forum would want that. It would be a shame. Please, if for nothing else other than being the better person, please take it down.
