Ticket for Sale Nov. 18
Permalink Closed

I did something stupid and didn't check my date closely enough when I bought a ticket today.  I had been looking at January dates and thought I was in January, but bought a ticket for November instead.  So, if anyone is interested, I have a Mezz. ticket fot sale:

Sun, Nov 18, 2007 03:00 PM Seat location: section FMEZZ, row B, seat 110

The ticket with Ticketmaster fees cost me $131.60 and I will sell it for that.

If anyone is interested, let me know.

granny, are you sure you can't make the show? That's where I sat when I saw it, and it was one of the best seats in the house! Whoever grabs the ticket will have a great time! Don't forget to watch the conductor! He's too much fun.

Quite sure since I am flying from Nevada to NY in January, not November.  Yes, it is a great seat and I was very excited to find it.  Too bad it was the wrong date!  Teach me to try to rush though this process and really stop to double check the date before I say yes!

I already have a seat for January and will probably pick up another showing while I am there.  I saw it three times in September I enjoyed it so much.  It's just a fun time even if it isn't a deep storyline.  Just a great place to spend two hours having fun!

Wow, and I thought I was good to see it twice in one weekend. You sure beat me! Except now I want to make everyone I know go see it. If they ever announce a closing date, I'll want to be there. It'll be fun to have all of us die-hard fans there for the farewell party, don't you think?

Talk about NV, we're actually going there in a few weeks to see Love (the Cirque de Soleil show) and the Wayne Brady show. Do you catch a lot of the shows in Vegas as well?

No, I live 421 miles north of Las Vegas (in Reno) and don't go down there too often.  When I lived there many years ago, I couldn't afford to do too many shows so only caught entertainers now and then...

I do subscribe to the Broadway On Tour series that brings five plays (usually musicals) to Reno annually.  "Movin' Out" is coming up next weekend.

Well, going to NYC has really rekindled my love for musicals. "Cry-Baby" is playing at La Jolla Playhouse an hour south of where I live, and I heard it's headed for Broadway. I think I might just get tickets to it. To think that Jersey Boys started there as well, and I never even knew it.

Wayne Brady was my favorite on "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" His multi-talents seem limitless. Most awesome was when he would create a song on the spot in any style. It boggles the mind to think what his solo show might be like.

He was also my favorite on the show. We still tape the reruns on Tivo. It's a nice way to unwind at the end of a hectic day.

I'm actually a little nervous. My husband got seats right by the stage, and I hear he picks on the audience. Did you ever catch that episode where he lifted up a girl in the middle of a song and exposed her undies?
