"Zero discs (out of 5)

Theres not a lot to say about this recording with a pic of Max Crumm and Laura Osnes on the cover.  Youll remember them (or NOT) as the winners of the two lead roles, from the reality television show, GREASE: YOURE THE ONE THAT I WANT!  This recording is just a souped-up mega-sized version of the original charming pastiche musical that swept Broadway off its feet back in 1972, after a regional and Off-Broadway run.  The film, of course, is legendary.  If you dont have GREASE in your collection .. go for the Original Broadway Cast Recording or the Film Soundtrack."

I think the critic was biased. Zero stars...really? Oh come now, especially when the worst thing he could say about it was it was a "souped up mega sized version " of a prior recording. Don't sound all that bad to me.....and the pointless digs at the two leads says more about his biases than the CD.

I love it. Though it's not as good as the movie soundtrack which I love, it is still a decent album that should have gotten atleast 2 out of 5.

Must be a very old curmudgeon-type person writing this review. I play the CD in my car on the way to and from work each day. It is energizing and joyful. I love soup!
