It has come to my attention that the student rush policy for the Brooks-Atkinson Theatre is unknown.  I figured I would share my knowledge about it.

Grease does not have student rush published anywhere, but they do have it.  I have spoken to them at the theatre about it (box office direct line:  212.719.4099).  They only offer it on Tuesday - Thursday performances and it is only if seats are available.  The seats go for $36.50 (cash only and must show student ID).  You can call in the morning and reserve your ticket then pick it up a half hour before the show or get one at the theatre as early as box office opening (calling is worth it - it takes two seconds and assures you of your seat).  I have not done it yet but have contacted them about it twice.  I am probably going to student rush the mattinee on the 16th...so I will let everyone know how that goes.
