Nope, the producers won't pay for that many seats. More often than not they'll just have the leads go.

And even then, if the leads aren't nominated, chances are the tour bus waits for them to finish performing and then drives to where the after party (aka the "let's drown our sorrows and post a closing notice") is held.

Spring Awakening bought seats for all 5 billion of their producers and cast members to last year's show. But only Raul Esparza represented the cast of Company, both in the performance and award acceptance (best revival.)

A friend was at the "Curtains" party last year - the cast performed and got their butts onto the tour bus and off to the after party. The only people who stayed were those who were nominated.
