Hello everyone! It is now time to vote for your favorite suggestion of what the fans of Ashley and Derek should be called! You have two days to make your choice, so choose wisely! I have compiled a list but have removed the two names of groups that were just for Ashley or just for Derek. If you are solely an Ashley fan, please feel free to still consider yourself a "Spencer's Spastic." If you are solely a Derek fan, please feel free to consider yourself a "Derek's Delirious Dame." Remember this is a name that you will want to proudly display on shirts and other merchandise. You'll want to state with joy that "I am part of the ________!" Eris wants to display the name on her crown! So choose wisely! Of course the final say belongs to Ashley and Derek! The top five from this list will be presented to them! I am a fan of both and have not voted yet. I will definitely not vote for the leading contender. I don't understand the popularity of a name that makes light of a devastating addiction and disease. I trust that D&A will act responsibly here.

I don't think that anyone meant to make light of serious illnesses and addictions.  The "aholic" is often used in more light-hearted ways, like chocoholic, shopaholic, etc.  I don't think that if this is the term that ends up being used, anyone would be acting irresponsibly.  We all understand that there are people who suffer tremendously because of addictions, and no one means any harm here.

This is totally off topic but whenever I see Shadi Lady's name I think of this place called Slender Lady, where my SIL used to work out. My brother in law would "sing" it all the time in this goofy way......."SLEN-DAH LAAAA-DY" Now I have that running through my head.
