I am new to the "Dashboards" it is exciting isn't it? Ashley and Derek I mean, gosh I never thought it would happen. Well I hope everyone is as excited as I am that Ashley and Derek are the new Sandy and Danny. I hope to see the show soon, can't wait.

I'm so glad to see all of the positive responses! To answer the question about the final approval of the name, I did e-mail Ashley's fan site, and I received a message from Ashley saying that "The DashBoards" was the name that Ashley liked best. I don't know about Derek. I'm not sure if Ashley mentioned it to him or not. I know that they are really busy, so I didn't want to bother either Ashley or Derek more on the issue, especially when Ashley was sweet enough to respond in the first place. I am just so excited that we have the name, and Mama, thanks for working on our shirt design!

Great minds think a like, Shadi. We spoke about bowling shirts before on the chatbox. If we all had Wii systems, we could do interactive bowling and wear our shirts while we're playing. LOL

Thanks for your post AshleyFan. I have already incorporated the car into the t-shirt when I started my drawing. Why don't we wait until I am finished to see if anything else needs to be done. I am very open to suggestions. If we don't even have a draft design to work from and everyone starts adding/subtracting things it could get very confusing. I am working very hard to get done asap so please be patient. I am excited too.

Hey Everyone, I finished drawing the draft pics for our t-shirt and thought I would share some of them with you. Tomorrow, I'll show what I've done with the car (that pic isn't on here - I've quit downloading for the night). I have already scanned all the drawings into my PC. Next I have to use Adobe Flash to color in the drawings and put the entire picture together - this part will be the most time consuming.
The DashBoards one will be the logo on the front of the shirt.
Ashley and Derek Bobble heads/bodies will be on the back of the shirt in the car.

I think it is great, but I think I prefereed the Bubble Letters. It just stood out more I think. Just my opinion. The tires also need to be same color, I think.
