Watched the Grease TV Compet each week and could not wait to see who was the winners.
We are true Greaser's thru the years watching past Broadway Shows, Local Theater Shows and also Love that Original Movie. Olivia & John are thee Original & thee Best! They Rule!
Just got my wife Bev tickets for her Birthday for Sept 20th Orchestra Center and can't wait to see it.
Also we will see it after it opens and the previews will be over.
I am also eagerly looking forward to seeing Grease in September. My NYC pal and I have tickets on order and we know it's going to be fabulous!
I am so happy that Max and Laura won. I do want to say that I think all of the top six were fabulously talented. But the only ones I wanted to see on Broadway were Max and Laura, so I will be there.
Kathleen Marshall is so terrific with choreography and I know she will put together a terrific production. This is so worth the trip from the west coast to see...
I'm also one of the lucky ones. I will be going the first of October to see Grease on Broadway. It's all I talk about and my mom said to me the other day. We have to listen to this for how long? I said Mom, I'm just so excited and can't wait to see Max on Broadway. I have tickets for 2 shows.
There's just something about this kid. He is incredible! He was my pick from the beginning. I feel he certainly proved to everyone, what he could do. He just got better and better every week. I was so happy for him, when his name was called and I'm still smiling.
I watch the final show over and over and I still get tears in my eyes when his name is called. I'm proud of all his hard work and I'm only a senior citizen fan of his. He makes me smile and happy just to watch him. I'm sure Max, Jack and his parents are all probably still on cloud nine. I can't imagine how proud his parents must be of him. He gave his all and never gave up. His parents must be wonderful people.
To think back to the beginning of the show and then the final show, he sure showed everyone. WOW - Way to go Slacker-Backer. I hope to have the priviledge of meeting Max someday. Like I said, I'm a senior fan and old enough to be his mom, and some.

And I got tears in my eyes each time Laura made it. She is such a humble person, a dedicated performer, and caring individual - so much that she is someone that you WANT to succeed. I'm glad that she did.
I plan on seeing this show in September as well, but I haven't selected a date just yet as I need to wait on my school schedule for the fall first.
Hey Grease fans! I am so excited to see Grease this summer! My roommates and I bought tickets to the Show the night after Max and Laura won! I voted for both of them all the way through! We are from Oklahoma and are excited to see broadway and what better way than to see Max and Laura as Danny and Sandy! I will be there in August!
Does anyone know if the entire cast has been cast yet? When Danny and Sandy were announced, there were, I believe two cast members that were not cast. I hope they go to some of the kids from the TV show.
I keep checking IBDB and Broadway.com to see if any of the other roles are cast, but so far, nada. Patty Simcox and Doody, also Cha Cha, Eugene and the authority parts are still up in the air, so to speak. They might be cast but not announced. Was Patty Simcox the role Alli auditioned for when KM asked her to go for Sandy?
Okay.. When I first heard about that there was going to be a TV show about Grease, I couldn't have been any happier.. Since I'm in my teens, my friends and family thinks I'm crazy for loving Grease so much. Since I own both Grease and Grease 2, I only love Grease. John Travolta was so cute in this movie. I wish I can see the play on Broadway, but instead my parents got me tickets to see a local production on Grease. When people go, please tell me how Max did. Because I'm a HUGE die heart fan for Max!!
I'm totally jazzed... Who can help understand what's going on with tickets in mid-August. I'm coming from the West Coast and would like to give a set as the perfect bday gift.
Are there only the expensive seats? ($200 plus is steep ) Seems that's all that's available, but thought there should be more options--especially since it's still the previews. hmmmmmmmmm
You can try calling Ticketmaster to see if they have any lower-priced seats. It's possible they are sold out or tickets are being held for some reason. Someone at Ticketmaster should be able to answer your question.
My wife and I are so exciting going to NYC from BRAZIL, that´s right from BRAZIL, we are gonna cross ocean to be there on december 15th to see them on first row,we liked them the first time we saw them, only one thing we are not happy, I bought 3 tickets and now we found out that our 4 years old daughter can´t enter, when we bought that ticketmaster wrote in the policy:children must have tickets, my only concern is: can i sell this ticket in the day of the show in broadway?
Don't know if you can sell on the street without breaking any particular laws.
I know that scalping is suppose to be illegal if you sell it at a very high price that is not expected.
We did have to get rid of tickets the evening of a show once due to sickness that we would beable to sit thru it.
We had 2 tickets that were $100pp and asked if we can cash them in or resell them and the ticket office said, we could try to sell them outside of the theater. We did $100pp to some people for $85pp.
So you can try to see what you can do without a loss.
You guys are all so lucky to get to go see the show... i loved watching them change over the weeks of the show and REALLY wish i could go to New York to see the show... but you know... no such luck.... wish i could win the lotto ... anyways enjoy it for me... and ull all have to post how they did (Laura and Max) Love ya Frenchy xox

Any thoughts? THANKS
I'm sure I mention this before. My tickets are being held for me. From what I heard, it seems like they should be mailing them out soon.
My tickets cost me $118.00 and $128.00. I'm going to 2 shows. I went through Ticketmaster and was told they are the 1st and 2nd row. This is what the Theatre said, I called them and ask. What I did, I first checked on ticket availability and then decided when I would go. Good Luck. Take care & God Bless. DD

I remember seeing myself where it said all children must have a seat. Did you see the policy for a age limit after reading it over? If it's in the first row, you shouldn't have a problem selling it. That's so sad for your 4 year old. The only thing, don't try to sell it for even a penny more than you paid for it. Keep us up to date. Good Luck. Take care & God Bless.... DD
