I love this interview. It brings out the personality that Max-fans fell for in the first place. Wonderful. Thanks, Mr. E.

Enjoy, I did. So Max doesn't read reviews. Good.
Reminds me of that wonderful scene in "Sweet Bird of Youth", where Geraldine Page is on the phone with Walter Winchell..... "Oh, I don't care what the critics say............ what did they say?"

One thing I've learned from being associated in theater:

there are two kinds of actors. Those who read reviews and those who say they don't.

 HA! So true

For those who watched the TV show, I thought Max's explanation of the Bell's Palsy interview interesting.

Do you regret sharing really personal things like that on TV?
I don't have a problem with it, but that was just such a weird moment. I was in an interview for so long and they pushed me to my limit. Right after that, it was done. I was like "Waitwhat?" But it's all right. Ultimately, it's a good thing because it helps some kids. It's like therapy on TV.

I'm glad they asked the question of if he and Laura would get sick of being around each other.

He's a class act and I'm glad it isn't the case.
