   hi everyone!
   i bought tickets for my mother and i to see grease using my babysitting money. :] we went on march 8th and i cried so hard when i heard max was sick! the show was still amazing, but he was the only reason i came to new york.
   anyway, my question is, does anyone have any idea when the last show is? i tried asking max via facebook, but i think he's too busy to respond! i'm just dying to see him. hopefully i'll be able to make it up there before he goes back to los angeles...

I hope you get a chance to see Max perform, he's great!!! How awesome would that be to be able to see Max and Laura's very last show, I'd love it!!!! Does anyone know if they will end on the same day?

I think both of their contracts end in july - and im sure there will be a whole big deal about their last show considering they started together

Their current contracts do end in July. Negotiations about what happens after that, including touring, are stagnant right at this moment.

Unfortunately, they've been treating Max and Laura as if they're joined at the hip, so I imagine that they'll finish together, as well.

I say unfortunately for one particular reason. Suppose that one would want to continue on. The press reps have treated them like a package deal - from the advertising campaign, to the fact that they sign autographs together and take the same car down the block to their apartment. But when one of them is absent, it's easy to see where it poses a problem..

It's been a while since I've had time to check the board as my little thespians have been keeping me busy. I just purchased our airline tickets to NY this summer and we're all starting to get excited. We're planning on being in the city around the second week of July. Now I have to purchase our Grease tickets! We hope to still see Laura and Max of course depending on when their final shows are. Anyone else have any plans to see the show in July?
