Can anyone help me and let me know wich subway and bus we are suppose to take to go at the theater where Grease is playing....

The theater is located on 47th Street, just West of Broadway. As noted above, there are many subways that can get you close, it just depends on where you are coming from. In general, heading for the Times Square Subway Station is probably your best bet as many trains stop there and its only 3 blocks from the theater.
