I saw that on Max's myspace page. Thanks to Laura's mom for answering the question I had in my head about if that was also Laura's last day. I plan on going before they end their run!

I want to go see Grease in August. Anybody know how long before the replacements for the leads will be announced, actually, Sandy cuz you see I already know who Danny is going to be right. I mean, they are going to have to do some advertising with the replacements right?

I know Mr. E has a lot of information about theater, but I can assure you he has no "inside" information about who are the replacements.

Are they both confirmed. Are they for sure doing it? That must be why Derek opted out of tale of two cities. In Grease he's be more of a starring role.

I don't really have too much of an opinion on it yet. We'll just have to number 1 see if it's true and 2 see how they do if it is true. Can't judge it till i see it.

Absolutely MrE.....we love you having so much knowledge and willingness to share.

I don't think the replacements will be either one. What would be the point for Max and Laura to have won in the first place???? I.E.-----If I don't win, I can just wait a year and take over. Doesn't make much sense to me, especially if they (or anybody) is willing to do another reality show.

I don't know who either, but with the last stunt (TH), I can't wait to see what else they have up their sleeves

You forget that Derek was Kathleen Marshall's pick from Grease Academy and she also said,'we will work together again." Who would not want a leading roll on Broadway and this time, the producers are picking the leads.

Pinkfan, I understand that the producers are picking the leads. But those same people will want to do another reality show along the same lines as what did they for Grease. IMHO, they can't pick someone from the reality show because it will hurt any future shows. Just my opinion though. I maybe wrong.

I totally agree with you, especially since the reality show has been off the air for over a year. I'm sure a lot of people that watched it have forgotten most of the contestants by now.
