I just got back from tonight's show. This was my third and probably last show and it was just awesome. Will Blum as Roger is adorable, and I got Jose finally!!

So the Playbill had two cast addition inserts. One of them is Allie Schulz. She will be ensemble and understudy Sandy, Patty Simcox, and Cha Cha. Says Broadway debut at 20....did numerous commercials and workshops in NYC...lucky to have two parents who encouraged her choice to move to NYC and pursue the arts at 18.

The other person is Kay Walbye for the role of Miss Lynch.

Who would have figured, a contestant from GYTOTIW, now a year later signing on to do the Broadway show. I wonder if anyone besides me remembers her? Congratulations Alli

That's interesting!  I heard this rumor a couple of weeks ago.  I guess rumors do have a way of becoming fact!!!smile

 


You heard this rumor? So how come you never mentioned it before?

I hope this board does not become one of sniping at people. We haven't done anything here but discuss, in mostly positive words, Grease and occasionally, the members of the board in various life situations.

What I know now and knew before, as I said before, is not something I put here or any other place on the net. My discussions with family members are not for publication.

Alli is a doll and just the sweetest girl. She seems so mature for her age too, she will be a great addition to the Grease cast.

How old is she, she does look quite young.

I love the picture of Ashley and Allie! Thanks for sharing! I'm glad that Allie is going to be in the show! :) Ashley was my favorite contestant, of course, but I did like Allie too! :)

Alli is 20 years old. On the TV show her nickname was "Baby Sandy" because she was the youngest contestant.

"Pretty" doen't begin to describe Allie! wink.gif She is a gorgeous, mature young woman, who has all of the tools to be a big star: looks, great voice, outstanding dance ability, stunnng beauty, and trerriffic stage presence.

She is overdue for her break, and deserves a shot at Broadway. Using her as an understudy.ensemble member is a waste of Allie's talent.biggrin.gif

There are going to be so many new people in the show I think it will be interesting to see what they bring to their characters. If you want to see Max Geez Louise, just go to Youtube.
His performances are still there from GYTOTIW.
