Why... I didn`t mind Laura was a brunette... AU CONTRAIRE it gave her a little something that blond dosen`t have....

I don't know if blondes have more fun, but I think the audience would have more fun. A blonde is expected, due to the movie, and the color is more exciting.

Robyn is the current blonde, in a supporting role, and she throws off the balance of interest. Besides, when I last saw the show, Feb.14, she overacted shamelessly, trying to be young and dumb, I suppose. Forget young...in that cast, it doesn't matter. And if there's anything that a blonde should not do, it's TRY to be dumb.

Laura does NOT wear a blonde wig. She does wear wigs during the show, particularly for the final number, "You're the One That I Want."

That wig has a mind of its own and came off during one of the performances I saw.Of course, merciless ribbing was the order of the day after the performance!
