I didn't attend the show but swung by the stage door at 4:30 to check out the crowd. The flyer on the door said Allie is filling in for Laura. Don't know about tonight or the rest of the weekend. Does anyone out there know how she did?? :)
Nothing yet? Hehe someone out there please come out of lurking!
I should have mentioned in my original post that I didn't see Max and Allie come out since I had to leave at 4:45. It was all Taylor outside. I asked someone at the front of the rails if Max came out yet and she said who's Max? I said he plays Danny. She said no. Oh well.

Who's Max?? I can't believe someone sat through the whole show and did not look at the Playbill to see who the leads were, especially with such a talented cast. Didn't they see the posters outside? I am assuming the large posters of Max and Laura are still there. Wow.
A friend of mine attended the show that night,here's what she said ;
From beatz.....The new Sandy played the first time the night I went.I thougt she was really good.I asked her if it was her first night and she laughed and said ' yes could you tell? 'But I couldn't.Apparantly she forgot a line or two,but I never would have known.She was really sweet.It was funny because when she and Max came out to sign,she signed my program before Max did and he said to her ' the way we do it is,I sign them first then you." LOL She chuckled as I did and he said " No it just makes it easier that way LOL !
I bet Allie was really cute in the role. She and Laura were roommates through most of Grease academy and all of the TV show. They got to be close friends.

Hard to tell. They waited until the day after Jenny's final performance to announce her replacement. But just today the producers of Young Frankenstein announced the replacements for Foster (final show 7/8), Martin (final show 7/20), and Mullally (final show 8/3) today. If they wait until July 21 to announce it I may have to bust some caps.
