Ace has developed....musically, I mean. Checked out some songs from his album...really good...tremendous improvement over his Idol days. His soft-grained voice has taken on a slight rock edge, which gives his singing an immediacy and drive that it lacked before. He uses his falsetto sparingly, on 'Scattered' only, and it's quite effective.

I saw him on "Bones" recently, and he did not look like an actor. If he can get comfortable with dialogue, his castability would skyrocket. He will be one of the acts in a big concert tomorrow (Sunday) in Sacramento. Nick Lachey will host and Daughtry will headline. I'd love to be there.

Just read that this may not be a "done deal" yet. Got the info from an online blog and people are
saying it may not be confirmed. So, my apologies if I've posted something that turns out to be
rumor not fact. Hope it is true though!

Weren't Ace Young and Chris Daughtry supposed to be good friends when they were on American Idol? That will be fun for them to do a concert together if that is the case.

Yes, and they were also friends with Taylor Hicks. In fact, Ace went to many after show performances with Taylor and his band.

Funny thing. I didn't remember him until I watched the videos. Now, everyone I talk to remembers him. Simon thought he had a great audience connection when he sang, so he might have some acting ability. We shall see. Looking forward to it. He is quite handsome.

I didn't either until this year. The talent was so amazing this year though, I couldn't wait till the next espisode. David Cook blew me away! Can't wait till his album comes out.

I met David Cook at a recent AI concert. There was a meet and greet after the show and he is very nice. Archie is very sweet and I adore Micheal Johns for his sense of humor.

The meet and greet was fun. I want David Cook's and Archie's albums.

Sorry! Yes, I saw the show in D.C. on the 14th! I loved both Davids the best! My roommate is in love with David Cook! He was wearing a suit because he had talked to Congress I believe about setting up some type of cancer organization. He sounded great! They all sounded very good! It was a good show! I've actually went to every American Idol concert since season 1. They are fun!

Yes, I took my son to a concert a few years ago....we sat in the nose- bleed section with the screaming girls down below us....it was horrible...never again!

Seemingly everyone - but mostly for the guys, particularly Johhs, Archie and Cook.

Also, someone should coach them on their between song patter. They all said, "Now, let's slow it down for a bit," or something so close. I guess the fangirls/boys didn't notice.
