I wasn't talking about Derek...I was talking about me biggrin

Anway, I believe those pictures were taken Friday, August 15.  If you'll notice Matt is dressed as Danny and Kevin is in as Sonny.

Just can't figure out why they don't dress a little better when they do these performances. Anyone else think this, or is it just me? Most of them look like they just rolled out of bed.

They ain't getting paid to do promo performances like the Bryant Park series - it's voluntary (only the musicians get paid). That's generally why the "bigger" actors tend not to show up. (Broadway on Broadway is a different story.)

I remember a few years ago when the a-list all star cast revival of NINE performed in Bryant Park. The announcer mentioned the cast list - Antonio Banderas, Jane Krakowski, Mary Stuart Masterson, Chita Rivera, Laura Benanti - and then proceeded to introduce every one of their understudies who would be performign.

Bryant Park is gaining in popularity and respectability - you'll still never see a "big star," but you would see, say, the 2nd lead.

That is really sad. Why would any performer, "Big" or not, miss a press and photo opportunity! Doesn't make any sense to me. No performer is ever that "BIG." Many of them are here today, gone tomorrow!

I think some of them did! They don't get paid for doing these things, and some of them are less than enthusiastic I guess.
