Grease Cancelled Sunday Night

There was no air conditioning in the theater last night, so the Grease performance was cancelled. (The Sunday Matinee was not affected.)

A poster at the BB heard from a lady who flew up from Alabama just to see Taylor. All she got was a glimpse of him getting into his car. (This was before they were told that there would be no performance.)
Due to the storm, she was also having a problem getting a flight back to AL this morning.

How disappointing! :( I'm sure that the cast felt terrible that they couldn't perform for their fans!

Geez,I feel for all the folks who had tickets to last nights show,must have been quite a let down for them and the actors.

thanks Judy I know Taylor is taking heat for not hanging around but I do understand why he would leave.

I must be missing something, becaue I haven't seen any site where Taylor is taking the heat for not hanging around.confused.gif

Thankfully they had all day to work on the AC today! And I was upset that Derek and Ashley didn't come out for autographs for my last show!!

The puppy is adorable!!!!! 

I'm sorry that you didn't get to meet Derek and Ashley afterwards! I hope that I will get to see Ashley when I go on Saturday. 

I told my roommate about the theater situation last night.  She doesn't want to even deal with me if that would happen when we go on Saturday.  smile.gif

I'm sure you are anxious for your trip to NYC. If you want to talk about Grease and your roomy doesn't, this is the right place. I will keep my fingers crossed that you get to see Ashley again!

It is a good place!  She likes Ashley a lot, so she'll enjoy the show.  But you guys are the best in terms of being willing to really engage in talking about the show!
