Take a look at Getty Images and Wire Images.  There are pictures of him walking the red carpet with a date.  Is she an actress?  She looks familiar.

That's Brandi Burkhardt. She's the actress I said reminded me of Ashley. Most recently she played Lucie in Tale of Two Cities.

So did I but later I was reading something that said she was formerly engaged to Frank Wildhorn so I took it out because now I wasn't really sure. People don't necessarily have to be dating to go to a premiere together. Didn't Ashley go to one with Trent Ford last year?

Anyway, since I know both Derek and Brandi I don't want to speculate on the personal lives.

Did you watch Passions on NBC? I never did because they canceled my soap to put it on but she played Siren the mermaid.
